CG Elderly Home Care provides a range of in-home care services for elderly individuals, which may include but are not limited to:

The specific Services provided will be outlined in a separate service agreement or care plan developed based on the individual needs of the client.
Use of the Site
• Eligability: By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• License to Use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the Site for informational purposes and to inquire about our Services.
• Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Site. You further agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, other systems, or networks.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CG Elderly Home Care and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses) arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific Services in question.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and CG Elderly Home Care regarding your use of the Site and our Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Waiver
